No supplier-paid approval. No pay-to-pass. No fake certainty. Findings distinguish confirmed, concerning, unconfirmed and conflicting information, with evidence and unresolved issues made explicit. An evidence-linked report supports a decision; it is not supplier certification or a guarantee.
Local execution, clearly scoped
Any on-site work, inspection, testing or factory visit requires separate scope and availability confirmation, including third-party coordination where appropriate. An initial inquiry does not commission this work.
