Decision support and scope
SCOUT CANTON provides buyer-side information, transaction review and separately scoped local execution support. A finding or report reflects the evidence reviewed and stated limitations. It is not a supplier certification, automated approval, legal opinion or payment guarantee. The buyer retains the purchasing decision.
Inquiry, quotation and agreement
Submitting an inquiry records an initial scope request only. It does not create a booking, paid contract or acceptance. Review work, independent verification, report deliverables, timing, currency, price, cancellation terms and local execution are agreed separately before paid work begins. Online payment is not connected.
Existing guides and access
Previously published guides and existing Member/VIP entitlements are retained. VIP guide access expires on its recorded date; complimentary activation is recorded by the administrator. Reading access does not include G1 reviews, verification, reports or later Gate services. No new Gate prices are published in this release.
Responsible use
Provide accurate contact and transaction information. Do not submit spam, passwords, bank credentials or unnecessary sensitive documents. Permission to review your initial inquiry is not permission to forward it to an independent provider; separate recipient and data-sharing consent is required.
